French 19th Century Louis XVI Style Fifteen Light Baccarat Crystal Chandelier

An outstanding and exquisite 19th century French Louis XVI style ormolu and Baccarat crystal fifteen light chandelier with pendant drops.
The fifteen (15) scrolled arms are minimally yet elegantly decorated by exquisite acanthus scrolled leaf sprays, terminating at circular shaped candle cups embellished with crystal pendant drops, all supported by a central crystal and ormolu column.
The supporting chains are a string of faceted crystal beads linked with crystal swags. The impressive top crown of C scroll design decorated with acanthus sprays, supports water drop crystals ending with a pear shaped pendant.
All above a cut crystal ball. All original gilt.
