A decorative serpentine front Louis XV Style Commode with Tulipwood marquetry detail.
Retaining its original shaped violet and ochre Brèche marble top above two long drawers with quarter veneer panelling, stringing and floral inlay, Chevron detail marquetry to the sides, a shaped apron and raised on hipped cabriole legs, with gilt bronze mounts, foliate handles and sabots.
