Pair of impressive Art Deco vases of urn form with covers. A beautiful saturated mottled flambé glaze in various blue, aqua, green and gold tones. The vases are are nicely sized and displays beautifully, raised on a gilt bronze feet with ornamental shaped handles.
Underside of Lids are marked P.M. Sevres.

This Pair of French Porcelain Urns was designed by Paul Jean Milet, son of Felix Optatus Milet. Felix Optataus Milet began his career as a modeler for Sèvres in 1862 and opened his own ceramics factory in 1866.
His son Paul took over operations shortly before the turn of the century and ran the company until 1931.
